Seriously, I think I’m putting on weight. I eat breakfast at 8, I eat lunch at 11, I eat dinner at 5 – 6. Then when it reached 11 – 12 at night, I start getting hungry and I end up snacking away with a cup of milo or milk with some biscuits or oreos. This is horrible. Supper at 9 – 10, consisting of a fruit platter. On top of that, staying off fast food and soda. I will have to try hard to stick to this plan. Or I’ll add on my inches to my waistband. This time, it has to work. I need to add on some workout into my routine too. I gave up my yoga since school started, and jogging went down the drain when workload piled and now it’s so hard to start again. I’m thinking of starting with skipping. I stole the rope from my brother, since well he bought a new one. So I’ll start skipping soon. After I cleared up space in my room to accommodate skipping.
Jogging is so incredibly efficient. I do it every day, just for a short 20-minute hop. It helps me to stay thin. Just the way I like it.
