Hello World!

It’s be AGES since I blogged. And now I’m blogging from my new laptop! Ok fine it is NOT mine! It’s my dad’s, or rather the family’s new laptop other than my brother who already owns one. Rather cool cause the internet speed is so much faster compared to MY computer. I can actually watch youtube videos without waiting for it to stop and buffer! (cause it buffers faster than I watch) How wonderful!

Anyway, wanted to blog about the ECP with 15/07 but stopped half way due to being too tired after the long day at ECP. 15/07 is da LOVE! Swimming with the girls on Friday was great too! I actually won in underwater pepsi cola! Oh my! And in the game of finding Nanxiao’s rubber bands, I found all three of them! Plus, Cera was being a pervert to check out everyone’s tummy cause she complains that she has one and YUHUI doesn’t have one. Gernaine got a wave from SOMEONE. =.= Better not talk about that person. And I got slightly tanned! More swimming sessions and I’ll get darker!

Can’t wait for another session of swimming! Great for exercise and suntanning. And maybe I can be as fit as my brother who is training to be a lifeguard. He is now like tall, dark and … no, not handsome. Haha. At least now he is tonned and not just fat. So maybe if I go swimming twice a week like him, I’ll become tonned and not fat! Wahahaha. Well, that is, if I actually have the self discipline to go swimming myself. I should though, should get some exercise while I study. (THE PE DEPARMENT ENCOURAGE THAT!)

Anyway, I saw JT’s girlfriend yesterday! Happened to met him at Bedok BK (o.O) so qiao! And he was meeting his gf there. And she is TALL!!! Just 16 years old and 174cm. I think. Well, it is still tall!!! Like Chunnie and Yuhui, so tall! OMG tall people. I’m like 166 since I was in Primary 6. Never grew taller since there. Only became shorter in sec 1 and grew back to 166 in sec 2. Pretty weird.

Anyway, his gf asked me to join them, but I never liked sitting with couples. You know, bad experience with couples and being left out like I’m not existent. Though JT said that THEY are not like that. Ahem, like how would I know? =.= So I only joined him after his gf and her friends left.

Finished A levels Maths Paper 2 yesterday in 2 and a half hours and finished 2006 Chem A levels paper 1 and 2. Quality studying from 1.30pm – 8.30pm. That’s 7 hours. Not forgetting lots of stoning in between. xD OK, off to do my Chem paper 3 and 2005 A levels GP paper 2. Aiming to complete both of them by today and maybe tmr after school shall start on 2007 Prelims Maths and Chem for VJC.

I’m feeling so much better after a good night’s sleep with a very sweet dream. It was so real I felt so happy. But when I wake up, I’m back to reality.

Culture heritage return …

I went for CO concert last night, and it was great! Though Yu Bing cannot appreciate such music. I found certain 3rd movement of a certain piece pretty boring (well there is only one song with movements). But nevertheless I enjoyed the rest of the pieces. Too bad I don’t have a better seat to have a better view of the CO members. I enjoy looking at how the musician play the music and not wondering which instrument it came from. (Especially unique sounds)

TJC MARDI GRAS 2008 !!!

I should have taken more photos! There were so many people in so many different and lovely costumes. I should just accost them, telling them their outfit is cool and snap a photo with them. Haha.

So my class went as fairytale characters but we all turned out funny. We decided on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Cinderella. The evening before Mardi Gras, Delia Ellyn, Yubing, Yuhui and I stayed back after school to make our costumes. Well, we technically only made our dwarves’ hats and beards. I made the hats, Yubing pasted the coloured paper on them, while Ellyn made the beards. Delia and Yuhui had muay thai, but they helped in their various ways before going for muay thai.We continued making the costumes the day of Mardi Gras itself, but I still haven’t gotten an idea what I should wear.

I only decided what to wear on the day itself after I got home from school and after I bathed, with help from my mum on how to wear my shawl in the most effective way to scare. Basically I looked freaky and got claims that I look like Serena Joy, but I so do not! And many are scared of me.

So before photos come in, I shall list down the cast. (Although the story of Cinderella sort of failed) …

Movie Marathon on it’s way … :D

1. CG 15/07’s MOVIE MARATHON @ Nan Xiao’s is tomorrow night till Thursday morning! And my mum actually ALLOWED me to go for the FIRST TIME in my life! She doesn’t usually allow stayovers. Ironically she allows chalets! Haha. I’ll so excited for it. I hope we have nice movies. I just deleted so many good movies from my computer! Or else there will be Freedom Writers, Blood Diamond, Stardust, I am Legend, Sweeney Todd. Now I have none, but I might get Juno and Enchanted by tonight. Yarr, corny chick flicks!

3. Chem Bonding test was a screw up! I actually thought Tetrachloromethane had a giant molecular structure. I MUST have mistook it as a polymer since I was doing the chem TYS on Ethene and Polyethene. xD

4. I am in a slack mood today. I haven’t start doing any work. I just slept my afternoon away. Or rather tried to sleep when it is so HOT!

5. I realise that not bring lecture notes for lecture helps you pay attention. I forgot to bring my chem notes yesterday and I paid attention (Like I said yesterday) And today, Ellyn forgot to bring her maths notes, so I offered to let her do the copying for me. XD And I end up paying a lot of attention then the last lecture which I ended up doodling.

6. I bought 3 earrings from the E-club pushcart today. Despite the fact that I might not have the change to actually wear them since I have an infection on my ear. But they are just so lovely, I couldn’t resist! If I had to wear pure silver or gold, I would have to find a rich boyfriend/husband, or be rich myself, or I would be stuck with the same few pairs of earrings. Which = BORING!!!

7. A girl can never have enough Shoes, Clothes, Jewelery, Makeup, Bags … Well, actually a guy can’t have enough either. Especially if you are a guy like my brother. He has like a NUM slippers, and a pair of Levis Shoes, a pair of Sports Shoes and a new scandals. Plus he has a Levis sling back, Ink sling back, Zinc backpack. He has tonnes of shirts, which he even go to Thailand and Malaysia to get cheap branded / or non branded ones.And I don’t think he is stopping there. The only thing he doesn’t really care about is his hair. He never waxed them. Only until recently which he waxed them really badly, he only does it once in a blue moon. (Though he has 2 bottles of wax) And he just walked past my room as he is on the phone and grinned gleefully at me with a peace sign. =.=

8. I think my brother and I have a very unnatural relationship. From my friends, they either don’t talk to their brother, or fight with their brothers, or they have older brothers who dote on them. My brother and I have a very unnaturally polite relationship where we can even walk to school together. He neither fights with me or dote on me nor do I dote on him either (since I’m the older one). Gone were the days when we stupidly smack each other until we were sore when we were mad at each other. Then we would complain to our mum “No he started it first” or “But she started it first”.

9. My other brother (youngest one) is SICK!!! He has an ear infection (cause he had an ear operation last time … well it’s a long story about the ear operation – it was something he was borned with). He went to the doctor’s this morning as he left school with pair on his ear. Now he has a fever and is resting in his bed. Get Well SOON!!!

10. My 2 brothers and I have ear problems. Or rather problems pertaining to the ear. I have a earring infection and I need an operation, so I went to the doctor. My 2nd brother has an incredible amount of ear wax in his ear that it hurts and he just visited the docs to dig it out. My youngest brother now have an infection on the ear, leading to a fever, he also went to a doc! The last time I went to see a doctor was when I was P5 which a bad tummyache. Now I am actually seeing a doctor cause of some aesthetic reasons. – To remove the lump in my ear.

Satisfied shopper! :D

1. I bought my pair of boots! Like FINALLY!!! They are so lovely! You can ask Delia or Sock Ching. They saw!

• Delia bought a pair of shoes too. She looks adorable in them! It’s my first time seeing her wearing nice shoes. I need to go out with her more so I can see her in nice shoes.
• My boots are white. I shall take a photo of them next time I wear them.
• Now I have 2 new pair of shoes, 1 dress and 2 tops untouched. When can I ever have the chance to wear them out? I want to go out! JC life KILLS!

2. I am going to TJSB BAND CONCERT! With my date – Chun Han! We asked Gernaine dear to join us, so we have be a threesome! But Gernaine hasn’t replied.

3. I went online to find out more about the LUMP in my EAR! Turns out it is “Sebaceous cyst“. And it can be removed by surgery which I found out from some forums that it isn’t painful. Turns out that there are people who have the same problem as me! I am SAVED!

4. I forgotten to bring my Transition Metals Chem notes for lecture today. But I actually paid attention more than when I do bring my notes and end up doodling on them.

5. I have MYSTERIOUS cuts and insect bites on me. And this is getting freaky! My dad suspect that it is bed bugs on my old computer chair. But my mum says that bed bugs attack a large area, and my bites doesn’t seem that way.

6. Mondays after school from next week on will be CG 15/07 mugging session in TJ Library. All 15/07-ians are welcomed to join us then!

7. I realise that the song “No You Hang Up” by Shayne Ward reminds me of someone. Someone who taught me to love, yet someone who broke my heart. But that was ages ago…

8. I can’t believe that people are willing to sell their bodies for money … (yes random comment)

9. I have a Chem Bond test tomorrow which I am barely half way through studying.

10. My handphone is screwed. It did not receive any SMS for the whole weekend. And after I on and off my phone this morning, all the SMS come crashing in. No wonder it felt weird that my phone was quiet this weekend. Sorry to those whom I have not replied your sms. My phone is screwed!

Fifteen 07 bits and pieces! =D

I love 15/07 in every single bits and pieces! Today was a good day since it was “bully Delia all you want” day. Haha. But I think it ended up being “Delia bully everyone” day. Well, at least I didn’t get creamed! Now, 10 interesting things … (random things about 15/07 today …)

1. It’s DELIA’s BIRTHDAY today! She is finally LEGAL to to go clubbing, drink alcohol and get her driving license! Not like what Ben thinks is legal to do (when you are 16).

2. Delia bought HERSELF her own birthday cake! Then she went to the toilet and acted as if she didn’t know the cake existed. That’s so cute of her!

3. It’s Ai Xue’s 20th birthday TOMORROW!!! Oh my, you are so old already!

4. I didn’t know that Ai Xue’s blog is alive! I thought she stopped blogging, now I have another blog to blog hop to.

5. Qi Te has a blog! And OBVIOUSLY the music that played is … S.H.E ’s !!! So DUH !!!

6. I am soooooo looking forward to having a class outing! I CAN’T WAIT THAT LONG !!!

7. While CG 15/07 appear to be united, we ain’t really that united. We are pretty much close within each of our groups of friends and when we come together, we just get along. But united? It is really have to say so. But I love 15/07 nevertheless. I hope to create more bonds within this year!

8. It’s so nice to have the full class come together and just be happy. Just like today, even though Lin Di wasn’t there.

9. I can’t stand certain people in the class. At moments I can’t stand a handful. But eventually, I push that aside and TRY to be nice even to those people I cannot stand most of the times.

10. I LOVE FIFTEEN 07 TO BITS AND PIECES!

10 things …

I think blogging in 10 random interesting things of the day is so much better than random long ramblings in long paragraphs. Hence I shall start blogging in this manner now. It is much faster and gets to the point! Long lengthy and boring paragraphs will come in when I have the mood to blog. =D

1. Tomorrow is a SPECIAL DAY for DELIA TAY! Everyone in TJ, make sure you bring whipped cream, cake, bottles of water! Cause tomorrow is “Bully Delia All You Want” Day! Don’t worry Delia, we have planned a big attack on you tomorrow!

2. I was 5 minutes late for school today. And I just mentioned yesterday that I want to have a CLEAN RECORD! Down the drain it goes …

3. I saw boots at Bedok Interchange! I might go and get them soon, or I might rush to Far East to get them. Delia saw a pair of shoes she like in the same shop as the one that sells the boots, maybe I will go back with her another day!

4. I can’t wait for another CG 15/07 outing! Hopefully we can put it on Labour Day and hope that almost EVERYONE can go! I’m deprived of going out cause I’m broke. Can’t wait for allowance day!

5. I just made a new skin for the fifteen07 blog! Not very nice, but it will do for now until I have time to make a new one.

6. I NEED A BREAK FROM SCHOOL! Like TOTALLY man! School is so draining the life out of me. If not, homework is too.

7. I haven’t got to eat my KFC. But well, the craving isn’t there anymore.

8. I NEED to watch a good movie! Any recommendations? It would be good if it is something either realistic or good in it’s artistic manner. I don’t really want to watch any comedy or stupid chick flicks for now.

ARK and TK BAND

My weekend was fun. Saturday was ARK at J8 then City Hall and today was to see TK Band at MJ. Great weekend to keep me off my worries. I don’t want to go back to school tomorrow. Cause school would be worries, homework and lots of stress. But great weekends = $$$ fly away!

Warning, long post ahead …

Half day of school = A whole day of fun

TJ declared a half day for us TJ students yesterday, and we ended at 11.40! Which is not much a difference to me since I only missed the last period of my day. Why can’t they put it on Thursday instead? Then I’ll miss half of my day. Well, but it’s better than nothing.

So the class wanted to go Mind’s Cafe, but settled on The Settlers cause it is nearer. But we reached and found out that IT CLOSED DOWN! Hence we went to Astons for lunch instead. More than half of Astons is filled with TJC students! The food is not bad, quite cheap prices too. (As compared to outside) Our table of 5 people amount to a lump sum of $51.80. If I were at some place else, 4 people would amount to more than $70!

We then went to Parkway to have a walk. I didn’t see anything I like until we almost left Parkway and it was on discount with nice clothes. Well, I bought a dress and 2 tops. Now almost half of my Wardrobe is from that shop, since I already bought a dress, 2 tops and a pants from there last year. Well, the clothes are nice. Sadly I couldn’t try them on since they were having a discount. I feel like going back to grab more clothes! It is so worth it during the discount! =D

Seriously, I’ve been spending too much this month! I can’t go out until the next month. Planning to go Safra’s Sakura! NANXIAO! =D Oh yar, Nanxiao bought the same dress as me! But I think she’s look better in it as compared to me. Hers is a nice green and mine is grey. I love 15/07! We need more outings! Just not this month anymore. No more cash to spare! I’m almost broke!

I’m so glad Farah finally is going to get our T-shirts done! Now I just have to scan in the designs and send it to her. =D It’s going to be green with MY design. Whoots! =D

Valentine’s Pink, Red, Blues …

It’s Valentine’s Day once again. And to make people feel better about not having Valentines, or Dates, or Bf/Gf or your significant other, TJ calls it FRIENDSHIP DAY! =.= How lame! We even stand at random places so we can make new friends, but we end up only talking to our class people. So it is pointless! Well, let’s just say I’m alone this year, as usual =D So I’m home early to blog about this day. With all my lovely candies and chocolates by my table. Cookies baked by my special darlings. And a rose given to me by my very nice mortal whom I don’t think knows who I am. =D

OK, I’m not exactly alone this year. Cause I have my friends! =D Who cares about men? Sockching just betrayed me and got herself someone special when she keeps saying “Who cares about guys?” Well, I’m glad for her, but at least tell me! Don’t make me find out by myself. Haha. Now you have to suffer the consequences of me announcing to the whole class. And the whole world since I blogged about it. xD
