Studied, Simpang-ed, Homed

Homed from Simpang with the 6/2-ians. It’s like going back to primary 6! Gonna have another meet-up with them again soon.

Studying with Sockz and Ting was rather fruitful not counting the trip down to the cafe.

Was supposed to go to school, but didn’t go cause I was sick. In the end I felt rather fine and thought that staying at home would get no work done.

I feel that my post is rather upside down in events. Haha.

p.s. throat still hurts, but feeling so much better.

The Great Singapore Sale is Here!

Whoots! Countless shopping trips … but … I’M BROKE till next month! And my mom cannot give me an advancement of my allowance unless I am willing to accept like 200 $1 dollar coins! So I’m left with barely $15 dollars left for the last week of this month. So I can’t go and SHOP till I drop. Well, I can wait till near the end of The Great SS to get better discounts, though I most likely will get bad and ugly goods.

Anyway, here is my shopping list! :

FINE! This is NOT my shopping list. This is just nice clothes and shoes (very expensive shoes) which are sort of the style which I fancy and might get similar styles if I see them and like them after I try them on. This season, I’m going for a more colourful style of brighter colours. No more black for me.

So here is my REAL shopping list:

1. A white cropped jacket (similar but nicer than the black jacket at the bottom left of the picture)
2. Dresses! (Perhaps 1 – 2 nice ones)
3. A jacket with a hood / Pullover (if I see any CHEAP ones)
4. A pair of canvas shoes.
5. Shorts
6. A pair of long boots.
7. Denim skirt
8. Another pair of shoes (for going out) I can’t help myself, I love shoes!
9. A clutch perhaps! (like I have been wanting to get it for ages but still haven’t)
10. Make-up!!! I need more eye shadow and I might advance to using fake eyelashes.

I believe that I won’t even get half of the items on my shopping list. I might just get a dress and a pair of shoes. And my allowance will be spent on food cause my plan to go Seoul Garden with WJSC and my Sakura buffet meal which I wanted to go with 15/07, still has not be carried out. I shall try and save up on food.

The goodness of Good Friday

I’m finally back to blog. Good Friday was a good day to slack around and I tried to solve my (fake and cheapskate) rubix cube. Now I got totally hooked onto solving it again and again.

OK, some random thing. My mum babysits this 7 year old girl called Rachel (and her 1 year old brother), and she apparently knew about Good Friday cause she is in Methodist Girls School and they obviously will tell her about it. So my mum asked her about it.

Mum: Since Jesus died on the cross, it should be a bad day, why is it called Good Friday?
Rachel: Cause Jesus died and we got a holiday, so it’s a good day.

OHMY! She is so cute! =D (I’m not mocking Good Friday or Christianity, and please forgive her cause she is just so young) Amazing how kids think.

OK, going to go out soon to do flag day. I’m totally not interested nor am I looking forward to it. But well, what to do? I can’t be irresponsible to back out even though I didn’t exactly agree in the first place. I shall just enjoy the company.

Mummy! It’s OVER!!!

Yes, the holidays are OVER! And it’s back to school the very next day. How fast time flies, and I totally do not feel accomplished this holiday. I can’t even take a good break before I have the mood to go back to studying again. Before the bad stuff comes in and I’ll be too busy mugging to blog, I’ll blog about yesterday.

Pre CNY, CNY and not yet post CNY. =D

Before Chinese New Year was Pre CNY. (ok I know it is obvious!) But we had a soft toy day in 15/07 on Monday. Here are the pictures!

Ching Chang Chong Chinese New Year! =D

Haha. I changed my blogskin to match the Ching Chang Chong Chinese New Year! Well, at least it’s red! =D

Anyway, I just finished bathing after my run. Yes, you didn’t see wrongly, I did say R-U-N, run. I guess so many of you must be shocked. I hate running! This you can ask my class for they had to encourage me to run during PE. Especially Ellyn and Aishah. And of course my dearest Nan Xiao who had to keep asking / pleading me to run during Road Run, and here I am, running when no ones forces me to. Haha. Well, my mum and dad decided to have a walk/jog (which they end up only doing the former) and my brother and I decided to join. According to my brother, I ran 2 rounds which equals to 3.2km. Must be shocking to all those who know how much I complain during PE about running. xD

Now to blog about other not so trivial stuff. Wait, everything I blog about is trivial!!! …

Christmas morning with …

Guess what? I spent my lovely Christmas eve and Christmas morning, with Physics. Oh! How lucky of me. Well, at least I have half the load of my homework of my back. Anyway, not forgetting to wish everyone out there …
