best birthday gifts: ah lian hair, allowance cut, 6422km …

Apart for the random horrible birthday presents mentioned in my title, my birthday was spent rather well with the companions of Delia and NanXiao who put up despite me being an emo bitch.

Well … I suspect it’s (ahem!) the time of the month which causes such hormonal imbalance and horrible mood swing. Speaking of which … it has been late, for around one week plus. (Not that you guys need to know) I’m not particularly worried cause I think it might be all the new changes in my life that I need to adapt to (meaning school). Well, but that shouldn’t be the main topic of my blog post. >.<

Now to show you my ah lian pink hair. (My hair on my birthday had faded after many times of vigourous washing, even if it still looks ah lian)

I’m still hoping that my hair will fade even more. But at as long as it doesn’t turn ORANGE.

Anyway this has been a random blog post. Now some stuff about school.

1) I already have 2 projects! (Actually I have 3 since for my computer science I have to do 2 projects, but it is one after another)
2) I have a Com101 quiz the coming Monday which is like 5% of my total grade. >.<
3) I have a project meeting this coming Monday at 1.30pm till 3.30pm and also subsequently at 6pm after our lessons all end. How nice!
4) I seriously NEED to start studying. >.<

So off I am to study. Might not blog for a while, other than blogging for my communications blog which is like 15% / 20% of my grades? Might put a link soon, so you guys must try and help me create some constructive discussions there related to communications cause it is 20% of my blog grades. =.=

Random rantings. I assure I’m really fine.

School …

Sometimes, I really hate myself for not getting into SMU. For screwing up that stupid interview, not doing better for my appeal letter. And now I end up in such an expensive course in SIM. I don’t feel good about the high cost of the course.

Well, what can I do, thing don’t always go the way you want.

I don’t like it when people ask me what’s my plans. Or which University I’m going. Or what course I’m taking. Cause I don’t know. I cannot answer them, and I don’t know how to. Not that I’m ashamed of going to SIM or anything. It is just that I have not received any formal news from them. So what should I answer? That I don’t know yet and waiting for the results? When almost everyone knows that by now the results should already be out.

Friends …

Sometimes, I don’t know who are my friends. I don’t know who can stay my friends. I have a feeling some friends will drift apart from me when they start school. Some I have a strong feeling the friendship will stay strong. But I already sense someone drifting … I don’t like the way it’s going …

On a lighter note, Delia, Nan Xiao and I hooked our pinkies as a promise we will live together some day. I don’t know if it is possible, but I do look forward to the day.

Relationships …

I miss you, but I refuse to admit it to myself. I don’t even know what I feel. I don’t even know what this feeling is. I know you feel nothing for me, but the feeling I’m struggling with is not being sad that you don’t feel for me. It is not even know about how I feel for you. But even if I do like you, I won’t even admit to myself that it is true. Dilemma …

Just certain ramblings. It would be best if you just leave this post as it is and don’t come and question me about anything. When I feel like talking about it again, I would. Just don’t bother me about it.

2nd person account …

This is the 7th day Jun Ying has taken ill. She woke up feeling rather well. Her fever’s gone, what’s left is just her flu and cough. Just as she rejoice that she is on her road to recovery, she started to feel pain in her head. Her head grew heavy and her temperature seems to be on the rise again.

Throughout her 7 days of illness. Her fever has shot up to a highest of 38.4°C and lowest of 36.9°C. She must comment that Panadol Cold has its effects, but it isn’t as effective as shown on the commercial. It only works for around 2 hours after consuming the pill. After that you feel like shit horrible again. Though Panadol Cold has helped her through around 2 nights to help her fall into slumber. Though the other night were nightmares to her.

She would like to thank the friends who had wished her well being. Well, only 4 friends and they should know who they are. She acknowledge their care and concern for her and is pleased that she has her WJSC. She wish that this stupid flu would just go away, but it seems like it is here to stay.

OK FINE! It has always been ME typing, just changing all the “I”s, “my”s, “me”s to her and she. I know, my blog is basically turning into a sickness hub with me updating about my condition when hell, nobody actually really cares. But well, I can’t really study much now. I feel like just going into the exam hall and failing everything. After that just confessing to my tutors that I didn’t not study.

OH MY! My blog is getting boring. =.=

Shoot me!

Yes, somebody should just shoot me! It’s just 8 more days to my 1st JCT test and here am I, still slacking my holidays away. I am proud to say that I have completed studying … NOTHING! Wait, even that sounds nice, the truth is I HAVE NOT STARTED STUDYING!

Fine! That’s a lie! I have started studying and I have completed a couple of chapters for chem and maths; and went through a couple of issues for literature. (and note that you don’t see me starting on physics anywhere at all) I am sure it sounds like I have really gotten down to studying, but NO! I have not! Seriously, I have slacked my arse around for too long. I doubt I can finish my studying for chem within one week! To make it sound like, they write Organic Chem, but in actual fact, it is alkane, alkenes, benzenes, alcohols, phenols, carboxylic acids, halogenoalkanes … (I am lazy to list them all out but you get the point).

There goes my average Cs for JCTS.

Ramblings

I realised that I deleted one of my post accidentally when I was deleting another. All well, it’s ok. It doesn’t really matter. It wasn’t an important post anyway. Then again all my post ain’t that important anyway. So I say rephrase to say that it wasn’t a significant post anyway.

So I didn’t get to go shopping yesterday, cause my dearest SOCKZ was down with a fever!!! She couldn’t eat any of her favourite things, which technically is food in general. She would vomit anything she consumed, even water! Thank god she is feeling so much better today that she can eat again! (Food glorious food! *Angels singing above her head*) Rest well darling! Get well soon and hopefully I can see you on Saturday for our mugging session. Even if it is mugging, it still means seeing YOU! *hugs*

So I spent my day rotting away at home, or rather I spent it with Poe (whom Ms Woodford claimed to be cute). But no, I did not spend my day with Edgar Alan Poe himself, but I was reading up on him, his life and his works. May I say that I am intrigued by them. His works are interesting, but totally hard to comprehend. Of course, only after I understand them, then would I find them interesting. I think he is quite a flirt. Like after his wife Virginia die, he was in pursuit of 2 other women and wanted to marry one of them, but failed as his “affair” was discovered. There were other interesting stuff, but I shall not bore you with them.

So my shopping trip is postponed to supposingly Sunday, but with Nan Xiao and people who are free. Nan Xiao and I wanted to go tomorrow (Friday), but I smsed a few people to find that they ain’t free. So happens Gernaine is free on Sunday so we pushed it to Sunday instead. Hopefully Chun Han, Delia, or whoever else will be free. Or else my next shopping trip will be next Wednesday after my 2 day Tourism Club camp in school.

OK, now you see how I am spending my wonderful holiday. Like where is the work? Hmm… what work? And that that i-dot (idiot) JT is accusing me of being so busy that I did not ask him to go study. =.= Hmm … then again, I should seriously get down to studying and doing work if I intend to reach my target of average Cs for JCTs. Well, that would be As and Bs for a few subjects since I forsee that I would get a most an E for my physics despite it being H1.

The Great Singapore Sale is Here!

Whoots! Countless shopping trips … but … I’M BROKE till next month! And my mom cannot give me an advancement of my allowance unless I am willing to accept like 200 $1 dollar coins! So I’m left with barely $15 dollars left for the last week of this month. So I can’t go and SHOP till I drop. Well, I can wait till near the end of The Great SS to get better discounts, though I most likely will get bad and ugly goods.

Anyway, here is my shopping list! :

FINE! This is NOT my shopping list. This is just nice clothes and shoes (very expensive shoes) which are sort of the style which I fancy and might get similar styles if I see them and like them after I try them on. This season, I’m going for a more colourful style of brighter colours. No more black for me.

So here is my REAL shopping list:

1. A white cropped jacket (similar but nicer than the black jacket at the bottom left of the picture)
2. Dresses! (Perhaps 1 – 2 nice ones)
3. A jacket with a hood / Pullover (if I see any CHEAP ones)
4. A pair of canvas shoes.
5. Shorts
6. A pair of long boots.
7. Denim skirt
8. Another pair of shoes (for going out) I can’t help myself, I love shoes!
9. A clutch perhaps! (like I have been wanting to get it for ages but still haven’t)
10. Make-up!!! I need more eye shadow and I might advance to using fake eyelashes.

I believe that I won’t even get half of the items on my shopping list. I might just get a dress and a pair of shoes. And my allowance will be spent on food cause my plan to go Seoul Garden with WJSC and my Sakura buffet meal which I wanted to go with 15/07, still has not be carried out. I shall try and save up on food.

School = Boring

As my title says so, school has been boring, so there’s nothing much to blog about.

Or rather, my computer was down for the past week, since Tuesday night and my brother helped me fix it up today (THANK YOU!), so I’m hogging onto the computer, refusing the leave even for bed. Yes, I think I am a computer addict, though I don’t even know what the hell I do on the computer. No, I don’t surf porn, nor do I play any games. And neither do I go on MSN nowadays since my internet is so screwed up I end up logging in and out every few minutes, which irritates both me and people who are on my contact list. So, the only thing I do is blog, and blog hop, and go to useless paparazzi websites like JustJared.buzznet.com to read about celebrities.

OK, I’m like rambling on and on and on without a tail. So I shall mentions about random things.

1) I’m missing Lit (AGAIN) next Friday due to Sports Day.
2) I’m also missing LIT (yes AGAIN) next Thursday cause it is labour day.
3) Point is, I like literature. Wait, even that is an understatement … I LOVE LITERATURE. So missing lessons isn’t good! Plus it means lots of make up lessons.
4) On the bright side, Labour Day is a Thursday. The longest day of my week. (Hurray)
5) In case I haven’t announced, I got A for my Project Work and TJ got 87.2% distinction grades!
6) It’s Zhaogen’s birthday today! (As of 18 April – or at least I think it is)
7) Delia and Aixue’s birthdays are coming and I haven’t though of anything to go them. Especially to Delia Tay.
8) I’m broke with like 40 bucks or so left for the month.
9) Mdm Lim’s GP lessons are depressing – her video clips are good, but seriously DEPRESSING.
10) Mr. Lim is very cute. (Chemistry tutor) – not cute cute but cute cute. You know, like funny, cartoon kind of cute. I mean Mrs. Lokeman was sitting in and he did a lot of preparatory work. (You can ask Chun Han or I personally and we might tell you)
11) My ears have an infection thus, I need to go for a MINOR operation.
12) My doctor says I might be allergic to the metal of my earrings and tells me to ask my future husband that I can only wear diamond earrings. xD Well, just to say to people who LOVE to get me earrings for my birthday (which is months away), unless the metal is pure gold or silver, don’t buy me earrings. Actually, best is that there is no need to get me anything for my birthday. Company is the best!
13) It’s like 12.43am and I’m still not sleeping or intending to sleep soon. – This is the latest I slept for the week.
14) I’m listening to With You by Chris Brown now. It is a nice song. =D
15) This is very random.

And I’m running out of random things to ramble about so I shall sign off. Bye peeps!

Pig out!

Guess what? I slept from 3pm to 11pm today after school. That’s like 8 hours of sleep and I’m going back to sleep after I blog and after my hair is dry. It is almost dry already.

I think it must be due to getting lost yesterday at Pasir Ris and running around, then going home late plus sleeping late at 1am. And PE this morning which we ran to East Coast Park and back. It was a good run there. Then I died on my way back. I end up walking a lot. xD

It is 12.30am and I just finished my dinner / supper. So late then eat! Haha. But if I don’t eat, I will be starving tomorrow morning. Hopefully I can make some breakfast tomorrow morning since I have 3 periods straight of lessons before my break. Anyway, have I told you I have not studied for my chem equilibrium MCQ test tomorrow? OK, I just did. Haha. So dead!

It hurts a lot …

Yes, I know I have been having too many emo post lately. Been a bad week. Don’t ask. Well, perhaps Clementine and Gwenda knows … but I doubt they will tell you. Anyway, I even have some stuffs that I haven’t told them.

But I really need to let this out, cause it hurts too much!

MY ULCER is KILLING ME! It’s been with me for over a week and it isn’t healing up. Now I’m hurting both on the inside and the outside.

And it hurts even more not showing that I’m hurt at all …

All my worries should just disappear. Maybe, I should just disappear. Tomorrow is being an ARK Ambassador. Hope it would be fun with the class. We got our class tee today. Gonna wear that there before we change into our ARK Ambassador t-shirts once we get them tmr. =D. CG 15/07 makes me happy. Or at least some people do. Well, I take that back, most do! =D
